These are the Flight Skies of the Xanta Weyr Golds and Greens, when there is not a Flight in progress these Skies can be used by all. When one of the queen rise however the Bronzes [and some larger browns] race here in the hope of catching the queen...
In the case of a green flight any dragon may enter, within reason [ie. no huge bronzes chasing tiny greens etc.]

Note: the Queen/Green dragon's player chooses who catches her.
