Opening a restaurant is a good idea. One building I try to always buy is the compost house. There are no upkeep expenses. Each time poo is raked, you earn $50. Stick it back in a corner. When you have some extra money, block it off with trees, a cement fence, or bushes. It stinks and can cause guest unhappiness.
