No puedo jurarlo, pero da la impresion de ser un error de traduccion, fijate que el mensaje esta en verde, no en rojo y si ves el indicador de satisfaccion de los visitantes (abajo, a la derecha) no parece que esten descontentos... Tal vez el mensaje deberia decir que los clientes est�n satisfechos.
