This person did a TON of research on the game. With Snow leopards: make sure it's big enough, add 2 snow caves ( if you don't have these use concrete), do the terrain thing till they're happy, add small snowy rocks till you get the mad face, then raise the terrain one square at a time in a checkerboard pattern.
