Well, while I'm STILL trying to get back to writing (huh, that'll be a while), I've just found out that tSf finally has the results of my "favorite character theme" poll I submitted.
Here are the results, for those that didn't see it.
Throw It All Away (Shadow) 21.8%
It Doesn't Matter (Sonic - SA2) 18.7%
It Doesn't Matter (Sonic - SA1) 14.2%

Ta-da! I picked Eggman's theme, myself. Don't ask. :P
As for some the questions raised in the comments, I'll answer them here... not that they'll see it here anyway.
Why did I not include "Open Your Heart" and "Live and Learn"? Several reasons:
(1) They were not CHARACTER themes, per se, but rather the main theme of the games, played at the end when Sonic (and Shadow in SA2) went Super. "Super Sonic"'s theme in SA1 was a remix of "Open Your Heart" but it was simply that, a remix.
(2) They were too popular, at least in comparision to the other character themes. Putting them in would be kinda bad on the overall result of the poll.
(3) Because I didn't care to put them up. They were a lot of choices as there were. :P
And as for why Tikal's theme isn't up, that's because she's a supporting character, like Zero was, and the other E-100 robots, and Chaos, and the Chao, and the Biolizard. I wanted to use the playable characters in there.
