Hazels noted the spark of light as the club was mentioned. An understanding smile given at the words spoken, ”Quicker than I would like. I have a teenage daughter now.” The tidbit of information given without worry as hands moved to clean the last glass of the day, waiting for a response. When it was finally given Angelina wondered what more there could be, though nostalgia alone was enough to bring many old-timers back here, again, again, and again. The question of what had happened to everyone was a tricky question. There was the problem of whom she spoke of or if she meant the population in general. Deciding to blanket the term for now she proceeded. ”Well some moved further into the country, near my family and don’t make it into town as much. Others moved I guess elsewhere, west or east maybe. Zeth sometimes wanders in and I know his wife lingers from time to time.” She spoke of those two simply because pretty much anyone who was female had known of Zeth a time or two, more than she was sure his lovely wife Alicia cared to count. ”I guess the small town feel wasn’t worth it to most, the buildings are pretty run down. We had a circus come into town but it seems to be rather bare these days. New sheriff though, he’s pretty nice.” She didn’t talk about the subways turning into hiding grounds for the supernatural there was no point bringing it up unless asked. ”Planning to stick around?” The question an honestly curious one. Few seemed to these days and if she was just passing through that was fine.
