I just finished reading Mike's book and it was just as good as I would have expected it to be. Lots of insight (pardon the pun) into what his life has been like up until now. Very honest and sometimes funny. Can't tell you whose names were in it, you'll have to buy it to see for yourself! Definitley worth the money and time it took to read. I read it in two days.! I can't wait for the next one....Linda
