You must be one of Sheila's kids, a newjack, a suckpump, or maybe you're one of her spit swappers. Either way, Sheila is an abuser of the same rules for which she disciplines others, but when she abuses the rules, she lies her way out and gets away with it. You want to be a bobble-head for management while others fight back and get the lash for doing so, go ahead. You won't be the first or the last. You never had a set, so telling you to grow a set would be futile. And this ain't the military, and it sure as hell ain't a Communist regime, it's a UNION job, so start thinking like a UNION member. No matter what you believe, it will always be LABOR versus management, and that fight will continue until management starts respecting UNION members' rights. Until then, become an active union member and help the rest of us keep abusive managment, and Sheila, in check.
