 From reading what he's had to say on the subject, VA Rep. Rick Boucher seems to have a good grasp on the issue of copyright and control that Stanford Law prof. Lawrence Lessig writes about... how about that, a politician with a clue. Check out this article for more about Rep. Boucher.
