This posting is in response to the posting by Stephanie regarding not knowing what to do about being pregnant.

Stephanie, please do not terminate your pregnancy. I made that bad choice 22 years ago. I was able to ignore what my ex and I had done for a while, but one day the realization that I killed my own child became very real to me. I wanted to die! I cried constantly. Finally, praise God, with His help, I was able to forgive myself.

We are victims of choice. We think that if we have that abortion, that unplanned pregnancy will disappear, and that will be the end of it. Not so. It is unnatural to kill our own flesh and blood. Nobody who is pro-choice will tell you that, though. I am sure there are plenty out there who say they've had one or more abortions with no remorse or guilt afterwards; but I believe that some day, in some way, there will be an effect...and perhaps there already is one which is unnoticeable.

You say you've already had two abortions...please don't make it three. That child, no matter how unplanned and unexpected, is a gift to you. Cherish him/her.
