I am so sorry you are going through this! Know that God is ready and willing to forgive you, and has already paid for your sin. Let me know how you are doing in your relationship with God. Read the Psalms. Please know that people in the Bible had done serious things, and God forgave them and let them do great things for Him. In the Old Testament, King David sent a man to the front of battle so he would be killed and David could have his wife. But God forgave him and he was in the lineage of our Saviour, Jesus. And in the New Testament. Saul was killing Christians, and God reached out to him on the way to Damascus, and transformed him into the Apostle Paul. I owe my faith to Paul, because he preached to my ancestors. If God was willing to forgive these men, and let them be mighty men for Him, He is willing to forgive you. Please ask Him. I have no doubt that you will suffer agonies over this, and I am so sorry. I am sorry you were misled, and taken advantage of, and I have an idea of what it's like because I had some bad consequences from just almost having an abortion. Please go to a crisis pregnancy agency and get some counseling. They have women who have experienced abortion who help women like you. They are compassionate and caring. You can go here: www.pregnancycenters.org to find an agency near you. You will be in our prayers.

My heart goes out to you. I'm happy you posted again to let us know that you're still struggling with this. I know this pain may never go totally away, but I pray that you can find peace and healing. I think the only way to truly experience healing is to turn to God and ask Him for it. He loves you more than anyone on this earth. And he understands your pain.

Kaniesha, I've never experienced abortion but I have talked to many women who have and here are a few things that help them find healing:

1) Asking God's Forgiveness/praying
2) Seeking counseling from your local pregnancy resource center
3) Reading books that deal with the pain of abortion
(Here's book that's low priced)
4) Naming the baby
5) Writing a letter to your baby
6) Helping other women in unplanned pregnancy avoid abortion
7) Talking with women who are dealing with the pain of their abortion
8) Posting on this message board-- We care about you Kaniesha!!!
