Hi Jacqueline. I'm glad you are o.k.

It's normal to want to be pregnant again right away. That is very common, actually. In fact, it's not so uncommon for a woman to get pregnant again very soon after an abortion. (They call it an atonement baby.) An initial relief is also quite common. Sorry to hear about the complications. That is far more common than people think, unfortunately. Please do go for follow-up care just to be on the safe side. Also, if you run a fever (even a low grade one) you should definitely get in asap.

Hi Jacqueline~
We're glad to hear from you and that you are okay. I agree with Heather on the post abortion counseling if you feel like you need it. Many women who are post abortive feel okay afterwards, but often later have feelings of regret and sadness. We are always here for you Jacqueline. If you ever need to talk, please feel free to post here anytime. We're glad you felt safe enough to post again. :)
God bless,
Tracey
