T earliest you can test for pregnancy with a 'sensitive' urine test or blood test is 10 days after the last time you had unprotected sex. But even if negative you will need to retest in another say 5 days to be sure because sometimes i have tested too early then a few days later it has been positive.You are most likely to fall pregnant from unprotected sex any time from about a week after your last period ended onwards. I say this because you ovulate about 2 weeks BEFORE your period is due but if you have sex anywhere up to 5 days before that time you can still become pregnant because sprem can live inside you for about 5 days. I agree try not to freak out it won't help anything. If you had unprotected sex right after you had your period chances are you won't be pregnant anyway your egg doesn't mature that quickly and you need at least a week for your uterine lining to build up enough to receive and allow a fertilized egg to implant.
