I believe we have the potential to be challenging for the Premiership within 5 years. I am aiming to bring in mainly younger players, and will try and bring Wayne Bridge and Brett Ormerod to their full potential. I have experience in the J- league and I am not afraid to buy foreugn or unknown players for a large fee if I think they are good enough.
