Subject: refuses to float all of a sudden unknowen reason

My horse that in the time i have owned her who always until now walked straight on to the float has decided to not go on any more. On her last trip she did get some tail rub ; the morning she refused to go on it was still quite dark outside she entered the float fine then boalted straight back out . Ihave had no sucsess since she has reared up and fell over badly brusing her tail and rump. I am scared to try any more in case she does severe damage. Ihave tried the war bridle way making her come to me and still no sucess please help
