HI West VA Paint folks,
I am a former Paint breeder previously located in California. Since relocating to the metro DC area four and a half years ago we have found commuting demands on our time prohibit us from continuing to even maintain horses just for fun, let alone showing or breeding. Having finally found a suitable home for the last of the horses who, due to injuries, had become something of a “special needs” fellow, and sadly knowing there will not be another opportunity to have horses, we are now looking to divest ourselves of equipment. There are 2 Broken Horn (http://www.brokenhornsaddlery.com/index.html) silver show saddles w/ Van Cour style breatcollars, each has 2-3 show seasons of use, used only for show. Horse & Rider has rated the BH show saddle as their “best pick, if you can afford it” several times. These are in excellent condition, digital pictures available via e-mail. Asking $2750 each; there are also 2 silver headstalls, 1 one ear, $75, 1 two ear, $100, two ear is newer; also available are top quality wool show saddle pads ($100-150), various colors and misc barn equipment. The trailer has been sold, but the truck is still here, 1996 Dodge 1-ton duelly, 2WD, Cummins 5.9 L diesel, SLT package (AC, cloth seats, pwr windows, etc), 74,500 miles, gooseneck hitch, box receiver hitch, electrical plugs for both, spray-on bed liner, brake controller, used primarily for horse hauling, feed store runs, etc, clean, good tires, digital photo available via e-mail, asking $14,500.
