Radio Ulster to-day (SUN) indicate that info known to the Anti-Partition League in recent weeks, is indeed fact, not fiction. Both INLA and what remains of the Official IRA will within hours announce that they will decommission their armamemnts within the next few weeks. After a "cut-off" date set by the International Commission on decommissioning, raids and curfews are expected in both Loyalist and Nationalist areas to capture what arms may still be in the hands of "dissidents".
