� he returns to his barren lands. Though such would not remain so for long! Weak still from the two challenges he had recently...he lowered his brawn crown to the cool liquidation o' the lake. Drinking his fill, he soon relaxed...awaiting the arrival o' she, Topaz ; now of whom was his Queen, his mate, the reigner o'er these here lands. He regarded her highly - having been watching her intently & finally going forward with his plans. He knew not if he was to succeed...but, he had! And he couldn't possibly be more thrilled! Lowering his noble brow to graze, velvet lips pluck delicately at the blades of emerald goodness 'neath his robust frame o' muscle & broad, gripping talons. He needed his rest & what better way to get this rather than to remain within his lands alongside those of the fairer type? Yes, Topaz would indeed be his release! He surely hoped she would be understanding & realize he merely idolized her & that he thought she was best for the part of the Matriarch & his mate. He had no doubts about it ; she would forever hold her reign here! That is, unless Ghost would allow them the time to get aquainted. Thankfully, at least, three days time would be his. But, how far could you get in three days? The bonding between & mare & her stallion was a lifelong thing - unceasing - always changing & growing stronger day by day. So, what was to come in the future? Well, time would reveal all...�
