Dusty back was annoyed with ticks and insects, calling 'pon frequent flickerings of the tail (sometimes quite aggressive). Aged expression still had a content exitement, though he was beginning to tire. These territories were not small! While he slowed, half-heartedly seek'ng a spot to rest, he also ponder'd questions of life. Who split up and named the territories? Why were they all so empty? Was he the only horse alive? Was he dreaming, or was he dead? Again, why was this fenceless terrain divided into sections? Was there something he didn't know? Was that wild onion?! Each question held minutes of deep thought, for he felt there was something civilized about this heavenly realm that he didn't know. Sometimes he felt left out, sometimes he missed his friends, but the grass was mostly always lush and green. He didn't do much complaining. Still, there was the lingering question of how he got here. Where were the people? The barns? The sweet feed? He knew he didn't know much, but that was enough. Ahh, there.
The aged brute turns circles, as always, before lowering onto his knees, then plopping down on his shoulder, the hind-end naturally following. He bit the dust with his teeth as he lie upright, though his head nodded from side to side 'ntil he rolled onto his side with a sigh. The stars certainly were bright! He drempt of new breeds of plants, and sharing them with his old friends.

He woke before the sun rose -- he never did need much sleep. Grunting with effort as he enjoy'd a hearty roll before standing to his feet. He filled his belly with dew-drenched clover b'fore pondering which way to go. Obliviously he walked into Mala Sinha.
