The only one you named that I was also thinking of was "Small Potatoes". . .but you're right about "Rain King". . .can't believe I forgot that one!!
I don't think "Essence" really counts; that was the one where Scully was in the hospital and the nurse came out and asked Mulder and Doggett "Which one of you is the husband?" or something like that, right? Since the nurse didn't automatically assume Mulder was married to Scully, just thought that *one* of the men waiting in the hall probably was, I'm not going to count it.
The ones I was thinking of, in addition to "SP" were. . .

1.) "Red Museum" (a couple of teenagers said something to Mulder like "Why don't you and your little wife just finish your dinner and ignore us?")
2.) "Emily" (the doctor comes up to Mulder and Scully and asks "Are you two the girl's parents?")
3.) "The Amazing Maleeni" (when they walk into the bank, the loan officer says, "What can I help you with today, Mr. and Mrs. . .???")
