His eyes caught her rigid, quick movement, but, not being (ahem, to me anyway, SMART enough ;)) to move out of the way, he instead used his arm to deflect the missile, the dagger gorging into the flesh near his elbow before flying away, and Andy gave a creel, much like that of a demon.

He held the wound for but a second, blood trickling down his wrist when he removed his left hand from his right elbow (which, by the way, both his katanas staying intact).

He grinned, then unleashed his attack- he ran forwards to her, only to divert off to the side at the last second within a blink of an eye, his high speed in his favor.

Before she could do a thing, he flew out at her in rage, one katana coming accross, horizontally, in a slicing arc, and the oither coming downwards, like a lightning bolt...

Would she be able to block one? Moreso, would she be able to block BOTH?
