Subject: DNA frees another!

Lexington (AP)-A man imprisoned 14 years for rape is free after DNA tests showed he did not commit the crime. Arvin McGee Junior walked out of a Lexington prison today on a Tulsa judge's order and at the request of prosecutors.

Arvin McGee is comforted by family and friends outside Lexington Prison. McGee says he has no hard feelings afainst the rape victim who mistakenly identified him as her attacker. But he says he is angry at the criminal justice system.

McGee was convicted of abducting a Tulsa woman from the laundry where she worked, taking her to an isolated place and raping her.

McGee waves goodbye to the prison where he spent 13 years.
But semen from the crime did not match McGee's DNA. The technology was not available at McGee's trial.

McGee says his only plans are to be a father to his son who was born just after his 1987 arrest.
