Alys' eyes had followed the wolf for a while, but soon she became bored, with nobody to scratch her ears or even pay much attention to her. She stood and waled outside to catch another rabbit for herself, or maybe two. Sean watched her go, and soon finished the part of the duck he'd been given. "Thanks," he said.
