The salary of other unions doesn't mean shit, the question that no one can answer is WHY DO WE SETTLE FOR 7% OVER 4 YEARS [0%, 1%, 3%, 3%]WHEN ALL OTHER UNIONS GOT 7% OVER 3 YEARS [1%, 3%, 3%]?????
