That's pretty strange, especially considering it was working fine for you up until recently. Personally, I've had sessions run for a couple weeks with no issues in the past.

I think what I would do is find something that pegs your CPU - maybe a benchmarking program. Have it run in a constant mode for 30min or so and see if it kills your box. It probably won't, but I don't really have any ideas for alternatives. Sorry.
