you are right some problem with mood and temper can be directly related wiht season and climat, as i myself has a long experience of changing mood in different weather and i could explian you more if you had the patien to read, but anyway our moods still can be effected by climate even if we live in one cliamate of rainy in euroup...
notice: don't forget that effection of climate on mood is only a factor not the main reason
