back in `69,we gatheerd to go,me and some friends,but couldn`t come up with enough funds for gas,not my VW bus..all for woodstock...along came Chas,and Carlo and Chas drove his camper Vega to N.Y.,,and we were around 60-70yards from stage and around the middle crowd and on my left was called the "idiot pole",and it suck straight outta the ground and i saw a guy sittin up there...and from behind us,1,000`s more people..and all the walkways had drug names and the rain,yup,that happened too..it was awesome to be there and see all those people and the view...you had to be there to even remotely remember what it was like...hey,remember seeing an amphibious boat with wheels sitting there,as we walked by...and followed the endless people at night to the concert along a curved road for the speedway...yup,thing is,Chaz is gone and me and Carlo are the only people i know from ohio who went,let alone from my hometown region of ohio..got the info fromm a headshop called "Missing Link",same headshop that had J.Lennon pamphlets to have the people sign to help him fight to stay in the U.S.A....later...Head
