As Sax enters the lift to escape the 8th sphere, all power to the transports shuts down and steam hisses from the ceiling from the pressure change. The 8th sphere has been locked down under the anarchy that has consumed it.

Once just a sleeper agent with favor in the Inner Circle, Jaya has been called on by a secret member to bring order once again to the 8th sphere, and has been completed for the task. A black form of an arch angel swoops from the sky onto the chaotic scene, wielding a long polearm that blazes like an inferno. Any who do run when she yells for them to stay in place are nailed to the ground as bolts fly from the staff.

Once she has the undivided attention of the group, she proceeds to set things right. Draco is given a powerstone and fixed from the damage the grenade had done to his outer hull. Nifallor's pieces are brought together and reconstructed into the form of a praetor. Bonobo Jim is given a larger form, and secretly has been removed of that pesky flaw that makes him want to steal. Sax is completed as well, and is given new eyes like Croag's to replace the ones he destroyed himself. Sax is also given a phyrexian portal to replace the bottle of liqui-door, but for starting the anarchy, Sax's moth is destroyed and he is ordered to give up the bug collecting. Hawaiin Mage is called back from the 5th sphere, cleaner than he has been for decades and given a polearm like Jaya's. Order is restored and new inner circle members have risen in the chaos, so that Phyrexia can continue evolving under the gaze of the ineffable.
