I too was getting bombarded with e-mails concerned about this seller. I bought a variety of stuff from SON over the weekend and talked to them for about 20 min on the phone today. I asked about paying in person and was told that was fine. I asked about picking up my merchandise in person and was told that could be done at their office but not before early March. (Basically picking up the stuff yourself only saves the 2 days of shipping time.) The guy told me they've been in business for a while but just started selling on the internet and they're running everything from an AOL account. That's why their order processing takes so long apparently. I was also told that their warehouse was in Nashville, somewhere near the airport. It probably doesn't help but that's my 2 cents.
