I spoke to the owner today and basically his idea to sell all these items fell through the floor when he did not receive enough money to purchase from a third party. I got the impression that he was new to Internet auctions and he had an idea how things worked. He indicated he was experienced in trade shows selling items. I would simply demand a refund. I understand tonight Pay Pal has been authorized by SON to refund money to buyers. If anyone does not get a refund or their product, contact Agent Bill Pollard at WEPollard@USPIS.GOV who is investigating/monitoring the company at this time. He indicated that he wanted to hear from others and has already spoke to other people regarding their concerns. I don't think Tasa, the owner, wants any jail time for any type of fraud or deception and will cooperate. In my opinion, people shouldn't try to sell things that they do not have and that appears to be the case here. Good luck and contact Agent Pollard if you have any questions or concerns.
