Crooks and dishonest people are falsifying pedigree's to get their dogs registered.. Registering mongrels as purebreds then breeding those dogs is not in the best interest of any breed of dog. "Paper hangers" have been exposed but little will UKC do unless there is more then one or two people notifying them of any specific dog or kennel that is paper hanging. Please we need your help to persuade UKC and ADBA to conduct a simple investigtion of a known paper hanger. PLEASE HELP and sign this petition to request DNA testing on an illegally registered dog.
