The Sportsmen's and Animal Owners' Voting Alliance (SAOVA) is looking for a few good men and women. Last year, our volunteers helped elect 32 sportsmen and animal owner supportive Washington legislators, while at the same time insuring the defeat of 16 animal rightist, anti-hunters. The 2004 federal election season intensified early last month, not just for Presidential candidates, but for all politicians running for office on the primary and November 2, 2004 ballots.
Our 2004 effort needs volunteers to continue the established program of identifying the most supportive legislators running for federal office. We're especially interested in Florida and Georgia resident volunteers, but will accept any and all who are willing to give 3-4 hours a week for a month.
