 My father was Robert Blake. He serverd on the USS Jerauld beginning Nov. 1944. He was a landing craft deck hand and also enjoyed the sport of boxing on the ship. He fought Frankie Cas Dorizo in Wakayama Bay, Japan. If anyone knew him I would like to hear from you.
