 My father, Brooks H. Grimme, AETM1/c, was assigned to CASU(F)42 at Guiuan Naval Airfield, 1945-46. He was trained in radio electronics & radar, but his assigned job while with CASU(F)42 was operating an aviation fuel truck which serviced naval aircraft based at the field.
