 Gentlemen,
I just found out that my father was stationed at Camp Sampson. His discharge papers say that he entered service on Sept 28, 1944. How can I confirm that he was at Sampson at that time.
From there he went to the Naval Air Training base in Pensacola.
Since he never spoke about any of this, I have no idea what unit/company he was in. Any chance I can find that out?

His name was Pasquale (not sure what he went by then...his teenage nickname was Patsy, but later went by Patrick). Last name was DeLillo.
