Almost no records are available, there was an attempt for several years to transcribe the un-indexed microfilm but it was overwhelming and stopped over 15 years ago.
The microfilm belongs to New York State now, the museum was turned over to the State when the Vets Association disbanded.

Your best bet is to send in an SF-180 request.
