what a wonderful fluke weekend it was... the fluke Monday night was even better. the only thing that wasn't a fluke was me missing my 8am poly sci class the following Tuesday. I likely would have missed that class anyway...

I have to give Prosser ALL the credit in the world for that run. Giving credit for talent is nice, but what you can do with it is what is important (especially since no one else before or since seems to have a clue). Who's to say what would have happened in year 2? But I'm sure we would all opt for a 2nd year over the mess that transpired after. Prosser is the man. He delivered what seems to be so unrealistic right now, it's frightening. I rooted for Xavier and I pull for Wake Forrest now. I hope he goes on to be one of the all-time coaching greats. I'll never forget what he did for us, and I'll never forget those god ugly, beaten up, brown shoes he would wear on game night. Yikes!

My memory is fuzzy since I graduated that year, but it seemed to me that our young nucleus never played to that level again after 93-94. Milt, Julian and Darius seemd to fade into the background. Never understood why they didn't emerge.
