It will be a good competiton as there will have ALL levels of kids competiting. Its unfair to say "the big dogs" (as many have stated) will win because that is not always the case. These are just kids competing having fun and even the well practiced and constant pageant kids will have their off days. I have seen days when these same kids have come in dead last, and beaten by someone who is brand new to pageanting. Practice is definitely a must though if you want to compete like someone said before, its in the ATTITUDE. If you want to compete, then put the effort forth, have fun with it, and "Let's Rock". If you have questions to ask, please do so. We will answer to the best of our knowledge and always be honest. A Phone call is better as we can address the concerns better one on one. Email us w/ your questions, give a phone number and we will always call you back. If some of the people thought they were mislead regarding the Crossville competiton,we sincerely apologize. We did not know the majority of the kids coming and had never seen them compete before and stated that several times. Just know when you enter a glitz pageant, that is what you need to expect. It will be tough competiton and should be. What good is a competiton if its not a competition. We will be splitting the 3-4 division IF we have enough entries to do so. We will split them @ 10. If you don't think that you can compete then by all means, please don't. We are not all about money, and don't want you to compete just to get your entry fee. We enjoy the kids, put alot of effort into our system, and wish we could make each and every one of the kids a Supreme Winner. In our eyes, they are all supreme just for even getting on that stage. Our judges are instructed what we are looking for, sent a guideline sheet BEFORE the pageant, and then the judging is all up to them. It does not matter who travels with whom to the pageant, or if they have spoken w/ the director before the pageant. The judges pick the winners. We instruct them not to look at the modeling in the 0 - 4 divisons. Anyone wanting to see a guidelines sheet, please let me know. We are happy to show that. We are happy to show the master score sheet after the competition to anyone interested and they have the opportunity to discuss the judges decisions with the judges AFTER the competiton. Our system is totally above board and honest 100%. We take a portion of our proceeds and donate it to a charity, and do so willingly. We started this system in order to have a good honest system for kids to compete in and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a system that is less competitive, then please try our Natural System, Beauty By Nature. This system is a good beginner pageant, with NO glitz where Sunday Best is the proper attire. The commadarie is wonderful and the kids all have a good time. Hopefully, the moms do too! I hope I have addressed the issues that have been waving back and forth on the message boards for the last few days. We want you to compete, but only if you do so in the spirit of competition, knowing full well that not everyone can be the Queen. Good luck and hope to hear from you soon.
