*she takes a small breath and closes her eyes. She slowly moves the katana threw the air, taking small steps as she does. She brings it down and stops it. She turns it and swings it up. She takes a fast step forward and thrusts her katana forward also. She starts to go faster, bringing her katana around and up. She turns her body and holds the sword with one hand, the other hand held out before her, as if to stop something. She stops and opens her eyes. She kneels down and puts her katana before her. She puts her hair up into a loose pony and re-sheaths the sword. She walks over to a dummy and holds it still for a moment. she takes her sheath and throws it across the room. It slids on the floor for a moment, then hits the wall and stops. She puts one hand forward, and one hand back. She kneels down, then jumps up and does a small spin kick. She was very good at karate and all those martial arts things, but it was one thing she had never used since her family was killed. She had never told anyone about it, and never used it. She lands and punchs the face of the dummy. she drops to the floor again and and does a drop kick below the dummy. she stands and punchs the dummy in the chest 6 times in less than 3 seconds. she stops and puts her hand to stop the dummy from shaking. She walks over to the small window and sits below it*
