*she stands silently. She looks around for a moment and looks forward at a dummy hanging from the ceiling. she takes out her silver stakes and her dagger. she throws 1 stake and it lands on the heart of the dummy, she throws another and it lands on the neck. with each throw she takes another step forward. with her last stake, she is about 5 feet away, she throws it and it land in the head. she takes her dagger and spins it in her hand, she throws it and it lands right next to the first stake, in the heart. In less then a second she unsheaths her sword, slices it through the air, and the dummy's head is off, and flying through the air. she re-sheaths her sword just as the dummy's head lands on the ground. She stands, looking at the headless dummy which is now on the ground. she sighs and sits down. she sits for a few minutes then gets up and gathers the dummy, head and body and trows it into the corner. she walks back to the middle of the room and pulls out her sword. She tences her body and she holds it infront of her, with both hands. very slowly, she lets go with one hand and holds the sword horozontally outwards with one hand. she lifts it above her head and grabs it with her other hand. in one fast movment, she brings the sword down and stops it ubrubtly less than an inch from the ground. she lets out a quick breath and turns the sword so the sharp blade is facing her side. she swings it upward and stops it again. She continues like this for a while then relaxes and re sheaths her sword. she walks to the wall and sits down.*
