This level is quite home-like as soon as you exit the hall- it is the home of Jo'ermen and Quainarl. Only those they invite to may live here. If you turn back to the hall, you once again see the elevator and the sign:
Ground Level: The Main Core
Second Level: Do Not Enter!
Third Level: Apartments
Fourth Level: Exclusive Apartment (Off Limits)
Though levels two and four are off limits, if you look into the elevator there is nothing stopping you from seeing them- except your consience.
If you were invited, you may wait in the largest room- the living room. Connected are five bedrooms (only two of which are in use), two bathrooms (only one with a shower/bathtub), and a large kitchen.
