It's not possible right now unless your girlfriend has a male relative.

Two mouse eggs have been fused together to create a new mouse, but the success rate was tiny, and it's not clear if this technique would work for humans anyway.

Even if it is possible, you could only have daughters not sons, and it might be banned, either because it's not safe, or because some people would find it unethical.
