Donors are doing it for altruistic purposes (hence donors), so they should expect to donate time as well as fluid for AI without a refund.

However, the recipients should insist on paying for the new tests being done, after they make the initial e-mail contact with the prospective donor. Otherwise, the tests could be out of date, *sad face*

Travel costs - it is fair if recipients pay, if this is not a case of coparenting. In coparenting, the AI donor should pay for the travel, though.
