All you really need is a small plastic cup with a lid and a 5ml or 10ml syringe (without a needle). You can get both of these from your local drugstore. You can say they're for giving a pet some medicine if they ask.

If you reuse them, then use plain water to clean them (no detergent!), and make sure they are 100% dry before using them again.

It doesn't have to be high-tech though - I've heard of people using yoghurt pots, as well as the traditional turkey baster. I doubt their success rate was noticeably different.
