Basically you have several clinical alternatives. First, there is no need for a male donor, since your husband is probably fertile. More than 80% of young men are.
1. You can opt for a tube reversal. Your doctor will first do a hysterosalpingogramm or HSG for short, to determine the site of blockage.
2. If tube reversal does not work, you can go for in vitro fertilization.
3. If you have problems with carrying the baby, you can opt for a gestational surrogate.
4. Last but not least, if 1-3 do not work, your husband and you can also look for a traditional surrogates. The costs for traditional surrogates are somewhat lower than #3, since you do not have to do IVF.
