Nothing wrong with having high standards or even being picky but this borders on ridiculous. Most people do not have all these tests and do not have chromosome karotyping, etc. Are you willing to pay for these things to be done? I am sure its not cheap. Your best bet may be to go to a clinic if you are that specific. They may be able to help you best, but since cost is a factor things will probably be difficult.
