Dear Mrs Blockhead,

You'll find a wide variety of garden gates on sale at any decent garden centre or DIY warehouse. So, buy one. Then after his daily round invite the milkman in. When he enters the kitchen give him a Tai Kwando-style-reverse-kick in the groin. Spike him naked to the aforementionned new garden gate and wait till your husband comes back from work.
The very best of luck to you and your milkman,
Bianca and Bonanza
