The man walks in, head held high and a slight swagger evident in his gait. His eyes at present were the light brown of a calm assurance, nothing to peak his anger. He continues walking until he was just about as close as the red would allow, though still very far away. He bows shortly as an act of curtsy, "'Tis a fine clutch, m'lady. You have done a fine job," he murmurs, audible enough for her to hear, then moves over to where he could stand and watch. Watching the people, the mother...the eggs.
His mind flits to the city he had last taken residence in. There had been plenty of opportunity for him there, plenty of people had wanted him- mainly women. But that wasn't what he had wanted. He needed to find his only living relative, and she was here. In his mind- the only way to reach her was to become as she was- Bonded to a dragon. Though that wasn't the only reason he was here. The stories he had heard about the experience gave him confidence to try. He ordinarily didn't want anything with a passion, but this was the exception. The song vibrated inside him, creating a yearning to know the one meant for him. He could live without it, yes, but after realizing what he was missing, life wouldn't be worthwhile.
