Subject: -raid- [everyone in!!]

-it had been far too long since he had last eaten. oh, the odd rat did put the dge off his hunger, but it wasn't nearly enough. the carcass they had discovered so long ago had all but disappeared, and the worms whom had claimed it for their own did not provide any other form of nourishment for the lupines. with a slow step he pads through the terra, watily scrutinzing the beasts, not trusting some of them, fearing those he did trust would have passed on. but all was well, except for the hunger he could plainly see. they were all so thin and weak. it was time to raid. with some delight he notices the return of the beta male. yes, he was in trouble: after the feast, he would have a stern reprimand. but for now, his timing was excellant for the hunt about to proceed. silently he views the newcomers, summing them up, observing their good and and bad qaulities with noiseless intrigue. and when he had finally stopped all this observing he sits back on his powerful haunches, levitating his thick plush and vocalizing the message to all the wolves-

. my friends, my subjects. i have failed you as a leader, and i cannot hope to renew your respect or submission to me. but we must lay this aside for now, because it is time to eat. as slow and divided as you are, the wolves always join together for a hunt, and this way, they are successful. tonight, we feast, in the land of the poltergeist. i will see you there .


[ooc] thank you all for keeping active while i was 'gone'. this is awful of me, i know, but i'm trying to fix it. so now we raid, and then we breed, and then i fix the ranks up a little. this is the time to prove your worth, wolves, so come on and let's hunt! ^_^
