In a flash 'e zips from 'is silent reverie an' lopes briskly to 'is mate, pantin' softly an' eagerly. Shadowy oculars alight with joy as th' little ones are spott'd, mug moves in to bump at each one, memorizin' their scent. If only 'e could speak an' express 'is joy! Ne'er 'ad 'e sir'd pups, ne'er 'ad 'e 'ad a mate, an' 'ere 'e was with th' best mate possible an' th' prettiest pups on th' Earth!¥
